The second short-term joint staff training under our project was organized by our Dutch partner Heliomare between 2-6 October 2017. The trainings took place in the cities of Utrecht and Alkmar in the Netherlands. The aim of the training was to make observations in pre-school integration settings in Holland to learn about education of pre-school teachers and to obtain information about the competences they have.
17 participants from ZİÇEV, Gazi University, Hacettepe University, Ankara Directorate of National Education and 4 participants from Permacultura Cantabria (Spain) and CJD (Germany) attended the training. Participants visited institutions in groups for 5 days, examined pre-school settings and received information from the authorities. Researchers of the project also visited Utrecht University and get information from authorities about the teacher education programs. The groups came together from time to time to share their observations and evaluations with each. The training ended with a general evaluation of the training program and the certification ceremony on the last day.
